Somerset Estate Sales
Somerset uses a number system to ensure that the sale is run in an
orderly fashion.

Somerset will hang a roll of numbers outside when we arrive on the first
day of the sale (about an hour before opening). It will normally be near
the entrance or on our sign in the front of the property (occasionally some
other prominent location).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you have a number you may leave and
return, BUT you must be present when your number is called. If your
number has been passed when you return, you will need to take a new
number.

If someone starts a temporary number system before we arrive,that
person must stay until Somerset arrives. The temporary numbers will be
honored and our numbers will take up where the temporaries left off. For
example, ten temporary numbers are given out, Somerset starts our
numbers at eleven. You do NOT have to trade-in your temporary for one
of our numbers.

We prefer temporary numbers, but will honor Sign Up Sheets.

If there is a dispute about the numbers, Somerset will attempt to resolve it
as fairly as possible. Somerset's decision will be final.
